Welcome to UCG Columbia, MD!

We meet for regular Sabbath services each Saturday at 1:00 pm (unless otherwise noted on this site) at the Hawthorn Center in Columbia, Maryland.  The hall opens for us one hour ahead of the start of services.    

Location and Time Change for September 12!! -   We will have combined services with our Northern Virginia congregation on September 12 at The Meeting House, 5885 Robert Oliver Place, Columbia, Maryland.  The morning service will begin at 11:00 am and the afternoon service will begin promptly at 2:30 pm.   

 

On September 19 we plan to have regular sabbath services again at 1:00 pm at the Hawthorn Center.   

UCG "Beyond Today" TV program on Cox cable channel 36 at 5:30 pm Mondays and 10:00 am Saturdays.

We are a church that follows the teachings of Jesus Christ and the early New Testament church. We value the Word of God - the Bible, and the moral and ethical standards Jesus set for us.  We strive to honor, obey and love Him, and each other.  We follow Jesus by preaching the same message He did about the Kingdom of God and by worshiping on the 7th day Sabbath and annual Holy Days, as He and the apostles did and taught.

También nos impulsa a proclamar el mensaje de esperanza y arrepentimiento de Dios a las naciones. Por eso, compartimos su amor y verdad con pasión, buscando enseñar todo lo que Cristo ordenó. Somos una congregación amigable y entusiasta que se esfuerza por seguir el ejemplo de Jesucristo. Lo que es más importante para Dios es lo más importante para nosotros. Se trata de relaciones amorosas: primero con Dios Padre y Jesucristo, y también entre nosotros. Amar a Dios, compartir su verdad y amar a personas como tú, es una forma sencilla de expresar lo que somos.
